Myeclipse 4.0 M2 download page says:

MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench 4.0 m2 Manual Install for Eclipse 3.0.2 only (6/21/2005)

The Myeclipse release forums says that the release is for 3.1 final. Please let me know the exact version of eclipse for 4.0M2 ?

You need to click on our Eclipse 3.1 downloads area, that is where you will find 4.0 Milestone 2.
