I’m new to both Eclipse and MyEclipse. I don’t see current instructions for configuring the Eclipse updater to look for MyEclipse updates. I presume I need to add a new remote site URL to do this. Can you publish the complete instructions for this? I’m using MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench 4.0 M3 for Windows 98/2000/XP (8/15/2005). Thank you.

    Jim,

The MyEclipse features already know where to go to look for an update so there’s no manual configuration needed. You simply need to instruct the workbench to go look for updates with Help > Software Updates > Find and Install… > Search for updates of the currently installed features…

You can have Eclipse check for you automatically by configuring Window > Preferences > Install / Update > Automatic Updates…
