What do I need to do to activate it?
I can only see the good, old JSP editor of 4.0M2.
    Configuration:
    – Linux ,
    – j2sdk1.5.0_04,
    – Eclipse 3.1.0 ( I20050627-1435),
    – MyEclipse 4.0M3 (3.9.310 – Build id: 20050808-4.0-Milestone-3)
I did add the JSF capabilities, even created new MyEclipse Web Project especially to try to see something like the screen-shots in “New and Noteworthy”.
    No luck !

The Visual Web Designer is currently only available on win32 platform for the 4.0 release. Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten Linux developers.

    Hmm…
For one reason or another, they (or us, Linux developers) tend to feel they usually fall into the “less fortunate” category when it comes to Eclipse and everything around it.
I guess we are the ones supposed to learn very well the environment, because the more plugins we have, the more manual design and configuration we have to do.
It begs a lot of questions…
Sory for the rant, but this adds-up to a long string of such “events”, not only in MyEclipse… I had to do it !

We are actively developing VisualDesigner solutions for the Linux and Mac. See the following thread: http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-8542.html
