I use an axis2 custom wizard to generate the aars from myeclipse 6.5 but now that i have updated to 7.0 i do not know where to install the jar. Previously, there was an eclipse folder and i could just drop it in the plugins directory. Now there is no such folder anymore, i found a common and a pulse folder that both have plugins directories but it still does not work. Does anyone know which is the correct folder for plugins in the new MyEclipse?

What plugin were you using with MyEclipse 6.5? Have you tried setting it up with MyEclipse by going to Help > Software Updates > Available Software > Add Site > Local and point it to the jar and then following the wizard to setup the plugin.

I tried that but i still get:
    “No repository found at jar:file:/C:/download/Axis_Service_Archiver.jar”
There is no way for me to reach the eclipse installation underneath myeclipse and drop in plugins directory there?

I’m afraid thats not possible. Also, Im not aware of any Axis plugin being compatible with MyEclipse.

I understand. I checked my previous install and I was using this plugin with myeclipse 6.01. With that version, i could access the eclipse underneath and I was able to use this plugin. I will revert back to that version in this case.
