This issue is getting to be very frustrating. I’ve tried completely removing Eclipse and all of its associated directories, I’ve tried manual installation as well. Whenever I launch eclipse.exe, it comes up for a second and then crashes, leaving a pid file. In the logfile I see this message:

This doesn’t make sense to me as my subscription is in good standing according to my profile. Please help as I’m about to demand my money back for this program since it doesn’t even run.
