Does anyone know of issues or concerns that we should have moving to Internet Explorer 10 with applications developed on MyEclipse 8.6? I have been tasked with looking into this as my shop prepares for the migration from IE 8 to 10 in the near future. I am not sure what kinds of issues there could be but wanted to make sure there were no known issues between web apps developed in 8.6 for running on IE 10.

    Thanks,

    Will

    Will,

We have not come across any issues when working with ME applications on IE 10.
You can give it a try and let us know if you see any issues.

Our latest release is MyEclipse 2013. I suggest you update to ME 2013, to take advantage of the several enhancements and fixes we made since MyEclipse 8.6.

You can download ME 2013 from here :
    http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend%5FUs&req=Download&version=ME

Install it to a different location alongside your existing ME 8.6 and give it a try.

Let us know if you see any issues.

Thank you for the information. We might be looking to upgrade reasonably soon and I will certainly give 2013 a good look at that time.
