I’m working on a project at work, and a coworker imported my version of the project into his computer. In the hibernate.reveng.xml file there was a syntax error on the line:
    <table name=”loc” schema=”public” class=”Loc”>”>

it was an extra ‘ “> ‘ added onto the name of a table. My version didnt catch that, but his did (and it was an error on his). What is causing this?

    nightcat114,

Can you please share us some more information to help us investigate further :

    1) Can you please share the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ? Please share your MyEclipse installation details as well as your coworker’s MyEclipse installation details.

    2) Can you please make sure that all the validations are switched on in your MyEclipse workspace ? Go to Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Validation, select both manual and build for XML Validator and click Apply changes.

I strongly recommend you upgrading to MyEclipse 10.7.1(latest version) to take advantage of over 3-4 years of development work and several new features added to MyEclipse. If you are having license for MyEclispe, then that license can be used for MyEclipse 10.7.1 also. You can download MyEclipse 10.7.1 from here : http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=ME
