    Syed,

    Could you confirm the following?
    1. Create a web project. Right click on the same and click on MyEclipse > Add Spring Capabilities.
    2. This would open Add Spring Capabilities wizard, which would prompt you to choose relevant spring libraries
    3. On click of [Finish], it adds the spring libraries to your project build path

In case you do not see the above, please do the following –
    1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and copy and paste the same here
    2. From menu options click on Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench and copy and paste build-id and version
    3. Clear your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and attach your .log
    4. Attach a screenshot of your issue to help me get a visual
