    Hello,

    OS is Windows 7.

    Original install worked fine, I was able to launch the IDE and even to use it. After few hours I noticed that it is not running any more, but I am sure that I did not close it. I tried to restart the application again, few times, but nothing happened. I ran installer again and did repair, but still was not able to start the app. Did uninstall, restarted computer and installed it again, but same problem persisted, not able to launch the application, told me that error code is 0. I tried to upload the support bundle, but that failed also. Attaching support zip with this post.

    Please let me know what should I do next.

    PVostinic,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    1. Can you please send us the Java dump file in the temporary directory to help us investigate further ?

    2. Also, if there is still a log file in the workspace (<workspace dir>/.metadata/.log), from the time it ran OK, please attach it.

    3. Can you please recollect if anything changed on the system from the time MyEclipse ran OK ?
