    Hi all,

I am new to MyEclipse and this is my first post. I have a Windows XP Professional version 2002 operating system. I recently installed the service pack 2 from the windows website. Since then whenever I do an X-doclet, javaw.exe stops and MyEclipse terminates with the message that JVM exited. I checked all my paths for JRE and other properties. I was wondering if this is because of compatibility issues between the service pack 2 and MyEclipse, or something I did inadvertently?

    Thanks,
    Kinnari

    Kinnari,

What version of Eclipse and Myeclipse are you using? Could you post your system profile using the “Insert” button on the post form? That will give us more info about your configuration like eclipse version, jdk version and other things to help us debug your problem.

The reason we need more info is that we have tested MyEclipse 3.8.2 on winxp pro with service pack 2, on jdk 1.4.2 and jdk 1.5. And the xdoclet functions appear to be working fine so there must be some other issue.
