Why can’t we share our setup with others?
I’ve setup the Team sharing and have configured everything but when I log into Pulse I get this notice on the profile I’ve setup in the Collaboration Tab, section “Collaborative Users”.
Error:
You are not currently sharing this configuration with others. Your usage of Pulse Freelance Team Edition has expired. To share this configuration with others, you must purchase or re-new your subscription to team edition. Go to purchase team edition now.We have an active license and this feature was free last I knew has that changed?

I would just like to confirm whether this is a MyEclipse based configuration or a profile you created yourself (i.e. using base Eclipse + Update sites)?
Only sharing MyEclipse related profiles is free, the others will require a freelance subscription.
If this is a MyEclipse profile, please let me know what your Pulse username is so we can investigate further. You can reply here or PM me. Please also mention the version of MyEclipse being used, the exact product (MyEclipse, Blue, Bling, Spring) and whether this is a milestone or stable stream installation.

Yes it’s MyEclipse based specifically 9.1

We fixed your account and you should be able to share now, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
This is an edge case that we’re trying to track down, can you tell me if you explicitly applied for a freelance trial with this same account in the past instead of just trying to share the profiles?
I only performed a Share through the Collaboration Tab in MyEclipse
I looked again and what I did was click on the Collaboration Tab then “Start Sharing Now”, is this not free anymore?
I still see this so it should be free :
Pulse team collaboration tools (a $60/year value) are provided free of charge to MyEclipse subscribers, so you are already good to go!
However after you said the profile was fixed it still says (30 day trial ???) :
You are not currently sharing this configuration with others. You have not yet started taking advantage of Pulse Freelance Team Edition. Team edition provides you with sharing of configurations across teams or individuals. To begin sharing, you can add another user to this configuration. Your 30-day trial of team edition will be automatically started.

I created a whole new Profile from inside Pulse instead of going through MyEclipse 9.1 and it seems to work
