I would like to use the MyEclipse Configuration Center Collaboration feature but I cannot find any documentation about it. Where can I find documentation on how to create a profile and share it?

Click on Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center. Next select the Collaboration tab. It is self explanatory. You could click on [Start Sharing Now]. This opens Pulse Explorer window where you could add emails of users to share your profile with. I would recommend you go through the FAQs here http://www.poweredbypulse.com./faq.php on how to share profile, etc.
