MyEclipse has disappeared from my Eclipse environment. I still see it in the “About” menu, and still have a MyEclipse menu.
but all the items are greyed out, and there is no MyEclipse resource view.

What actions took place before this happened? Did you upgrade Eclipse?Try and create a new workspace and see if it works again, File > Switch Workspace > C:\tempworkspace and hit OK, did Eclipse come up with MyEclipse correctly loaded?
The switch did not solve the problem.
What happened?
1. Opened MyEclipse….it didn’t come up
2. Tried to open again — received a “workspace in use” message…but MyEclipse did not _appear_ to be running
3. Repeat step 2 once or twice more
4. Look at my running apps (via task manager)
a. MyEclipse not runnin in apps
b. MyEclipse found in processes
5. Killed process
6. Tried running again — same workspace error
7. Rebooted
8. MyEclipse comes up….but no myelipse resource veiw, and greyed out items in myeclipse menu.Lee

When you created a new workspace and hit OK to restart, all the MyEclipse functionality was still defunct, is that correct? Did you try and open the MyEclipse perspective (Window > Open Perspective > MyEclipse)?
