Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Can you answer few queries for me –
1. Can you copy and paste your installation details here? You can get it from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details. In case you are not able to open MyEclipse, can you give details regarding your OS and hardware configurations and also copy and paste the contents of your myeclipse.ini file? It is located here – ~\Genuitec\MyEclipse 7.5\myeclipse.ini
2. How did you install MyEclipse? What is the version of MyEclipse you are facing this problem
3. Have you added any 3rd party plugins? Can you list them here? You can find it under Help > Software Updates > Add/Remove Software
4. What resulted in MyEclipse being slow? Can you list out the steps in detail here?
5. Can you copy and paste your log file here? You can get it from [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log
6. Also can you attach screenshots? You can either PM me and send the screenshots or send a mail to support@genuitec.com, please refer to this thread and add ATTN:Joy in the subject
