    Paid for my renewal over 20 hours ago. Have not received email with license key. “Resend Key” feature does not work. No response to my email inquiry. Your phone mailbox is full. Posted to your Facebook page. It was seen by someone, because it was deleted. So here I am trying to contact you guys thru various means with no success. You have both a system/software problem, and now a customer support deficiency.
