Thanks. In a way, I am. As a user that is interested in improving this fantastic product, I want to remove every roadblock to seamless use.
Before last fall, I was a died in the wool emacs user for Java development because my experience with IDEs was that they cost me more time than the productivity gains they provided back.
This went out the window when I started using Eclipse. Java development productivty was vastly improved, but JSP development was the same as the emacs days. Then a friend said that I must try MyEclipse. The 3.8.4 product is working great. There are few more features that would be helpful, which are provided in the Java editor, but I have ways of working around it using the Eclipse search feature.
You have done a great job with MyEclipse. And your support is the best that I have ever seen. When I talk about vendor support, I tell people that your company is the best example of how a product should be supported. This is probably also why I report back the bugs that I find. I feel that you folks care. 🙂
Take care,
