I am trying to install the latest release of MyEclipse for Windows, and I am getting some kind of error.
I have Java 1.6.0_25 installed, and my OS is “Windows Vista Enterprise Service Pack 1”.
Where can I get detail error message? How can I resolve the issue?

    kambiZkermani,

I am sorry to hear you are running into installation issues. I am afraid your post does not elaborate the issue. Please answer below queries to help me investigate further –
    1. What is the issue you are facing?
    2. What is the approach you followed to install MyEclipse for Spring 9.0? Meaning – all-in-one installer / pulse / archived update site on top of eclipse classic?
    3. In case you have downloaded the installer file, please ensure you verify the file size and md5sum of the installer matches that mentioned in the download site
    4. Could you attach a screenshot of the issue you are facing to help me get a visual? Please refer – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshooting-how-to-upload-attachments-on-forum/&highlight=

I would recommend you install MyEclipseForSpring 9.0 using pulse. Follow below steps
    1. Open pulse(start > programs > pulse > pulse explorer or download from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
    2. Login to pulse. You can also login anonymously
    3. Select “Eclipse – Helios” realm from dropdown
    4. Expand and click on – Ready to use profiles > Popular
    5. Right click on “MyEclipse for Spring 9.0” from the right hand pane, and click on [install and run]
    6. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps

Let me know how this works for you.

    Best.
