Hi All,
I installed the tptp plugin with myeclipseide and when I start eclipse the tptp plug-in does not seem to be loaded. Do you have any documentation on how to do this. If yes could you please provide me with a link or a copy of the document.

TPTP has not been certified to run with MyEclipse. Im sorry we dont have any such documentation.

When I switched over to Version: 6.0.0 GA – Build id: 6.0.0-GA-200708 from version 5.5.1 GA with a clean install and updated to install the TPTP profiler, I consistently get the following error whenever trying to profile a Java Application:

Exception in thread “main” java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/emf/ecore/EObject

I have no problems when I run TPTP with 5.5.1. Does TPTP for version 6.0 require more updates?

Any help will greatly be appreciated,

Hi Shetal,
Can you please provide me with the steps to setup TPTP in version 5.5.1. Since you got it to work there I would like to atleast get up to that point.
I am currently on version 5.1 and I copied the plug-in folder and features folder and it seems that it does not load the plug-in.

Can you paste the entire stack trace from the <workspace>/.metadata/.log file.

I was able to resolve by doing the following:

1) Use Eclipse updater to get the Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF)
2) Add org.eclipse.emf.common_2.3.0.v200709252135.jar to the classpath of the profiler
3) Add org.eclipse.emf.ecore_2.3.1.v200709252135.jar to the classpath of the profiler
4) Start profiler
