I installed Eclipse 3.1M4 and MyEclipseIDE. I start Eclipse with the command line:
    C:\eclipse\eclipse.exe -vm c:\j2sdk1.4.2_07\jre\bin\javaw -vmargs -Xmx256M
How do I tell myEclipseIDE to start Eclipse with those parameters?

You already are. When you install MyEclipse or ANY Eclipse plugin, you actually just run Eclipse like normal and will notice added functionality in the IDE from the plugins. There isn’t an alternative exe that you execute which is the case with typical software products. So just use the command line above to start Eclipse and MyEclipse should be installed.
