Hi,

Normally in an iPhone app when you vertically scroll a screen, the navigation bar will stay at the top.

How can I achieve this in MobiOne.

Using the Visual Designer layout a navbar such that it does not overlap with a scrolling panel.

There are design templates that already layout navbar, scrolling panel, toolbar. See the following screenshot:
