Thanks – I played around a little and found out that the problem is not in the eclipse-java-europa-fall-win32.zip build but does show up in the eclipse-java-europa-winter-win32.zip build. It appears it is in the eclipse distros, so hopefully it will resolve itself.
Also you folks really need to write an unistaller for pulse. I for one will not use a product that has to be manually removed.

We are working towards improving pulse. We will try and incorporate an uninstaller as well.
