Can you run chmod a+w /Library/Genuitec (or whatever the correct path is to your MyEclipse install) when MyEclipse is shut down and re-run it and see if that helps. After applying the Snow Leopard update we’ve seen some users have their permissions of the /Library subdirs get jacked with and it messed up MyEclipse
