I’ve installed myeclipse and the android plugin and when the ide restarts it lets me know that I need to set the SDK path … which is expected.

The strange part is it will not let me set the path because of the SDK being a unsupported version.

The message states:
“This Android SDK requires Android Developer Toolkit version 22.0.0 or above”
Current version is 21.1.0

When I go into my other eclipse installation, which reverences the same path, it shows I have v22.2.1 installed.

What am I overlooking.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

We could replicate the issue at our end. I have filed a PR for the dev team to investigate this issue.

As an alternative, you can install the latest Android plugin from Eclipse marketplace. Go to Help (MyEclipse menu) > Install from catalog > Select ‘Eclipse market place’ instead of ‘MyEclipse secure marketplace’ > Search for ‘Android’ plugin > Click on install and follow the wizard to install the Android 22.2.1 version.
