New Subscription

    I just purchased a new Professional subscription but when I go to update the subscription information it tells me that the subscription is already expired. The subscription detail shows as follows:

    Subscriber: rschira
    Product ID: E3MP
    License version: 3.0
    Number of licenses: 1
    Full Maintenance Included
    Subscription expiration date (YYYYMMDD): 20070606

    Error: Error — The entered subscription code has already expired.

    This can be caused if you are using any version of MyEclipse before MyEclipse 4.0, there was a bug with the license manager that caused it not to understand the professional subscriptions.

    Please email subscriptions@genuitec.com with a description of your problem.
