Try going through the Workbench User Guide available by going to Help > Help Contents > Workbench User Guide . After going through that, take a look at the MyElcipse Enterpirse Workbench Quickstart tutorials located under Help > Help Contents > MyEclipse Application Developer Guide > Getting Started.
