Ok before I buy this I have a few questions.
1. Can you design the app with mobione and then later get a developers license?
2. Can you look at your code in Xcode later after designing with mobilone?
3. Can you take an app that has already been made and look at the code with mobione?

Yes. Of course you dont even need one to do web apps.
2. Can you look at your code in Xcode later after designing with mobilone?
Mobione writes to HTML and javascript, so you dont even need xCoce==de.
3. Can you take an app that has already been made and look at the code with mobione?
Not if they are compiled native apps. However, if they are a web app and you know the structure you can because of Q2.
