no context assist for jsf and myfaces tags?

    I have added jsf capabilities and normally I have context help ( but maybe i didnt add the tld libs??)

    I have come so far that it is because i didnt install jsf tlds when I added jsf capabilities, is there any way to do this now?

    I really can’t understand that this isnt possible, then its almost the same to use notepad developing jsp.

    And I cant turn validation off, which is killing my comp?

    I have now tried to delete the project and recreate it from maven, but with no luck.

    I would suggest that you start off by first following our JSF guide line by line:
    http://www.myeclipseide.com/images/tutorials/quickstarts/jsf/

    Don’t add complexities like Maven into the process until you get everything workng. For taglib autocomplete to work correctly you have to be working with a web project that has the MyFaces libraries added to it. You do NOT need the TLD files if you are using the default URIs.     The thing is, that im using myfaces and tomahawk 1.1.3. It would therefore be nice to be able to add the coresponding tag libraries, without having to cleanup after adding jsf capabilities.

    I don’t follow what you mean by clean up. If you mean because our default project capabilities shipping an older version of MyFaces, you can adjust those libraries from Window > Prefs > MyEclipse > Project Capabilities > JavaServer Faces
