Just getting started with MyEclipse HelloWorld JSP example. Using Tomcat 5 server. Deploy server with “Successfully Depoyed” message. Click on Application Server Management toolbar results in Error Message: No Derfault Server

The dialog says a little more than that, you need to click the drop down arrow to the right, to first make a selection which app server to start, after that, simply clicking the button will restart the server for you.
