    I upgraded to MyEclipse 3.8.3. I have no EJB wizard folder under
    J2EE! So I can not create a SessionBean.

    Can you please restart your workbench using the -clean option one time? (ie. eclipse.exe -clean)
    This will cause the runtime plugin cache to be rebuilt and will likely correct the issue.
