Thank you for trying MyEclipse 2015.
Do you see the myeclipse.exe in the MyEclipse installation directory?
Attached is the screenshot for your reference.
If you do not see the myeclipse.exe file, then please try installing MyEclipse to a different directory and check if the issue persists. Clear the contents of the .deliverycenter.installs file which is located in the User home directory and rerun the MyEclipse 2015 installer to install another copy of MyEclipse 2015.
If you are still seeing issues, please verify whether the file size and md5 of the downloaded MyEclipse 2015 installer matches with the values mentioned on the Downloads page. For your convenience I am pasting the values here : size : 1.37gb/md5 : 9e08f91bfad6dada648aacb3c81e8295
If the values do not match, then please download the installer once again and try installing MyEclipse.
If the issue persists even after following the above suggestions, then please send us the screenshot of the MyEclipse installation directory to help us investigate further.
