nobody has responded to my email. I don’t know whats going on. Its been 2 weeks now. Please can someone help me?

Typical response time to emails and posts to the forums are within a few hours, if it is 2 weeks and you still have yet to receieve a response it’s safe to say that our spam filter likely ate your email. Please re-send the message or if it is not of a personal nature and is it just a normal technical question post it here for us to answer.
