hughMemberHi,
This is 4.1.1 GA which I have had installed for many weeks. I just started noticing this problem… but I’m not sure when it started happenning, becuase it’s been a long time since I needed to edit a js file.
I am posting this as a config question initially, becuase the log file indicates it might be that kind of problem. The behavior is: when I try to open a .js file with myeclipse JacaScript editor, I get an error dialog and the log shows NoSuchMethodError: com.genuitec.eclipse.integration.Integrator.jsMultiPageEditorPart.
I also notice in the log
“The extensions and extension-points from the bundle “update@../MyEclipse/eclipse/plugins/org.tigris.subversion.javahl.win32_0.9.105/” are ignored. The bundle is not marked as singleton. ”
Is this part of my problem, and how do I fix it?

hughMemberNew info: the jsMultiPageEditorPart method *did* exist in Myeclipse 4.0.3., which is installed but disabled. help!
June 16, 2006 at 6:21 pm #253564
hughMemberI have repaired the problem by going to to “Manage Configuration” in eclipse, disabling just about everything including MyEclipse 4.1.1, as well as other featutres. Now I just re-enable MyEclipse and js editing is back.
Fyi.
