Please update the file eclipse/plugins/com.genuitec.eclipse.j2eedt.core_5.0.0/catalog-dtd/jboss-web_4.0.dtd to the one shipped with Jboss 4.0.4 or higher because your version is no longer able to validate a valid jboss-web.xml file correctly.
