Recently had 10.5 crash and when I reopen it, the package explorer tab seems to be in a directory with not files, and no way to go “up” to get out of the blank screen. Is there some keystroke combination available to do this? The explorer usually has buttons to go up, but these are missing

1. Can you please update to our latest release 10.6 ? Go to MyEclipse Configuration Center > Software > Software Updates Available > MyEclipse Enterprise Edition 10.6. Select, apply the changes, follow the wizard and restart the IDE when it prompts.
2. Can you please clarify what plugins did you install ? And also what steps did you do before crash ?
3. Can you please attach the screenshot of the package explorer to help us investigate further ?
4. Also, can you please attach the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log ?

Already using 10.6

No plugins installed right before the crash, but I’m using eclemma, egit, jgit, moreunit, infinitest

Um, no. I needed to get back to work, so I reinstalled. I realize this ties your hands, but I can’t wait a day to send logs and screenshots before getting back to work. Just letting you know of the problem.
When it reoccurs, I will refile the problem.
