I am wondering if there is a packing configuration that I can set, so my eclipse can generate jars and ears based on this configuration. I could not find anything obvious that jumped out at me. Can you please point me in the right direction.

    Thanks

    Karunya,

You can find out all about our packaged deployment options in our Enterprise Development quickstart. It’s bundled in the product under Help > Help Contents > MyEclipse Application Developer Guide or on the website in the documentation section here:
    http://www.myeclipseide.com/images/tutorials/quickstarts/earprojects/

That covers general deployment to the server. External archives can be created with File > Export… > J2EE Ear File

Is there a MyEclipse xdoclet plugin that generates build.xml for a non J2EE project?
