I am using MyEclipse 3.9.2 in Eclipse Version: 3.1.0 (Build id: I20050627-1435) to deploy to WebLogic 8.1. I have 4 modules, the main module, the common module, the ejb module, and the web module. This is a legacy J2EE project that I am trying to bring up to speed deploying with MyEclipse. The common and ejb modules deploy fine, but for some reason, almost none of the files in the web module deploy to the server. There are 2385 files in the web module (excluding java source files), but only 196 files actually deploy. Most of my documents and class files, and all my deployment descriptors don’t make it to the server. I thought this may be due to having the trial subscription, so I updated my subscription with my organization’s license, but I still have the same problem.
Is this a problem with MyEclipse or am I doing something wrong? Thanks,

First check your log file for exceptions (workspace dir\.metadata\.log), I have a feeling that the deployer is hitting a snag during deploying with the web project and silently dying.Second, describe the layout of your Web Project, and tell me all the settings you have for Project Properties > MyEclipse-Web settings.
