    when i start the jboss ,i encounter this problems..

    java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 1098; nested exception is:
    java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
    at sun.rmi.transport.tcp.TCPTransport.listen(TCPTransport.java:249)
    at sun.rmi.transport.tcp.TCPTransport.exportObject(TCPTransport.java:184)
    at sun.rmi.transport.tcp.TCPEndpoint.exportObject(TCPEndpoint.java:382)
    at sun.rmi.transport.LiveRef.exportObject(LiveRef.java:116)
    at sun.rmi.server.UnicastServerRef.exportObject(UnicastServerRef.java:180)
    at java.rmi.server.UnicastRemoteObject.exportObject(UnicastRemoteObject.java:293)
    at java.rmi.server.UnicastRemoteObject.exportObject(UnicastRemoteObject.java:256)

    how will i slove this problems?

    Make sure an external instance of JBoss is not already running when your trying to run JBoss from within MyEclipse. Do you have any thing running on this port?

    pls tell me what port i will change and which files i will change.

    Just stop the external instance of JBoss before running the server from within MyEclipse. You wont have to change any file.
