Hi

I have downloaded log4j package and copied log4j.jar in /lib of my application, i am able to use Logger, but i am not finding any output on console. Also i am not getting any exception, Could anyone help me how can i configure properly?

Inga,

You have to set log4j.properties or log4j.xml in root of your build path (source directory)
You can find examples and documentation in log4j distribution
