Please accept my apology for a goof-up when I was moving this thread from the Example/HOW-TO instructional forum to the Getting Help forum. I did not realize that I accidentally deleted the post in the process. It is never our practice to delete legitimate help requests and problem notices. It was an honest mistake on my part. I am currently trying to determine how to restore your post.

Yikes! Recovery status appears to be a NOGO. It seems there is not “undelete” option for deleted forum posts. 🙁 I’m sorry for goofing this up. I will stay way a way from any delete options in the future.
