I followed the directions for the work around for accessing the examples from CVS and got this error :
“Could not connect to :pserver:anonymous@examples.myeclipseide.com:443/home/cvs/public/myeclipse/examples: Cannot connect to host: Connection refused: connect”
    Details:Connection refused

You got this error when you tried to manually checkout the Examples On Demand projects after changing the port?

Are you using a proxy ?

Yes, I did already adjust for that i think…
Under General ->Network Connections I added our proxy 172.31.1.1 port 8080
This is an HTTP proxy. I do not have an SSL one that I know of (unless it is the same?)
I have NO PROXY for localhost and 127.0.0.1

I tried this at my end and had another person try it on another network and it worked fine for both of us, so everything on our end seems OK… since you behind a proxy maybe you need to talk to your sysadmin and get this issue resolved.
