Loyal WaterMemberCan you go to MyEclipse > Manage MyEclipse plugins and then install the new updates that show up on the list there. Does that help you upgrade to 7.1 without issues?

support-joyMemberHarry,
I need to understand your current configuration. Can you answer few questions for me –
1. Can you copy and paste your current installation details? You can get it from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Detail.
2. How are you trying to install the updates? Are you using MyEclipse Dashboard to install updates? Can you list out the updates that is causing the above problem?
3. Copy and paste the log file error here
4. Have you added any 3rd party plugins to ME? If yes, Can you list them here? You can get them from Help > Software Updates > Add/Remove Software. -
