I installed Mobi One 2.3.2 yesterday and it was working fine. Then I came back to use it today. It worked fine for a while and then when I double clicked on the icon, it took me to the design screen and immediately closed it.

I tried to solve the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling it but the same thing happened. Would you suggest that I delete all the .mobi page files from the system and try again?

I really like the program and actually purchased a license but this is frustrating. My Windows version is Win7.

Hi Douglas,

Sorry to hear something is goofing up with your mobione installation. This is rare that mobione will suddenly stop launching.

Check for zombie process
0) open Taskmanager and ensure there is not a zombie mobione process running. If you see one, kill it and then try relaunching mobione. If no success proceed to #1

Try deleting the mobione metadata that is created in your home directory.
1) open fileexplorer to your home directory
mine is C:\users\wayne

2) browse to .mobione\runtime and delete the .metadata directory
mine fullpath is C:\users\wayne\.mobione\runtime\.metadata

3) launch mobione
