    Hi all,
    I’m currently testing MobiOne, in particular the test center.

    I use it to check the look and feel of the same web app with different stylings. Because the web app is always using the same template images have the same name. It appears that the cache is only cleared properly when the MobiOne Test Center is closed and re-started – if I don’t do that the images are not reloaded. Just hitting “Clear All” in the “Cache Settings” doesn’t do the magic.

    Has anybody else had this issue? And is there any solution?

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    @Stefan

    If you have not done so already please disable the offline support property of the startup screen of your webapp. See attachment offline-property-setting.png
    Then clear the Test Center App Cache and restart the Test Center. See attachment clear-appcache.png
    Let me know if this works for you.

    I have the same problem, I could not delete the database through the test center clear options. How I can delete the entire cache and databases?. i Follow the wayne advice, set out “no offfline support” screen but nothing happens, the old database is still there.

    I’m actually only testing websites with MobiOne Testcenter so my issue is not comming from any settings within the DesignCenter!

    And, yes – it still exists: images are cached and only update when I proceed as follows:
    [*]Go back to Home Screen
    [*]Clear Cache
    [*]Restart MobiOne Testcenter

    After this the updated images will be loaded, just clearing cache doesn’t show any difference.

    I’m using the latest version (valid license).

    Best regards,
    Stefan
