    Hi There,

I am having problem to launch Websphere 6.1 through myeclipse, I am using myeclipse 5.1 and the plugin connector that comes with it. I have set my JVM correctly using the one provides with Websphere 6.1 in the myeclipse connector for Websphere 6.1.

Here is the message error I got when I launch Websphere 6.1 through with myeclipse 5.1 : <JIT: FullSpeedDebug: ignoring countString>

I don’t have any problem to launching it by using the normal command line of Websphere in the /bin directory or from the start program provide by websphere either. Both methods are working, only the way to launching through myeclipse doesn’t works..
I am running everything on a Windows XP plateform.

Is there anyone that can help me?.

    Thanks,

    Jerome.

Yes, I am able to see the log in the myEclipse console now but still I have no clue what’s the meaning of this message error -> <JIT: FullSpeedDebug: ignoring countString>

    Thanks,

    Jerome.

    Jerome,
Unfortunately I do not know the meaning of that line of text either from WebSphere. I’ll see if I can check in with another developer on the team here.

It seems the issue is harmless… I just got this back from one of the devs:

It’s simply an informational message from IBM’s Just-In-Time compiler that
it decided not to optimize countString.

    It shouldn’t effect any functionality.

Any idea how to remove that message in the JVM options?.
