Thanks for the .log file. The Dev team is looking into this problem to see if we can determine why MobiOne is goof’n on your system. I realize the drag it is when software gives you fits like this. Will updated you as soon as smarter minds on the team have digested the info.

    Hi vidcare,

Unfortunately this log doesn’t give us info about what’s happening. Could you please also attach Java crash logs? You can find them in the same folder with mobione.exe

    Hi vidcare,

    A couple more questions:
    1. Does Design Center coverpage (Page that appears when you press “+” located near newly created design name) work for you? I mean, does it show “NEW DESIGN/select option below” content, are you able to select smartphone/tablet template, create new design from tablet, etc?
    2. Do you have any kind of antivirus software installed on your computer? Have you tried to run M1 with such kind of software switched off?

    Regards,
    Vadim Ridosh

    Hi
the answer to your first Q is yes and no i have not switched off anti virus program however fingers crossed M1 Seems to have settled down, doing a check i found Java was not the 64bit installed, so after correcting this M1 seems to be ok up to know, I have lost a great number of days on my trial ver. so i will have to make the best of it , whats left
    Cheers for your advise
