I followed the upgrade instructions for moving from 3.0 beta 2, including
disabling myeclipse and uninstalling. When I install 3.0GA, myeclipse is not enabled. If I attempt to enable, it fails saying
MyEclipse Web Development Tooling (3.8.0) requires plugin org.perfmsr.core. Did I miss something somewhere?

    org.perfmsr.core

I have no idea what that plugin is and I’m sure we don’t depend on it. Could you try shutting down Eclipse, deleting the <eclipse-dir>/configuration directory and restarting? You’ll then need to use the Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration… > Add an Extension Location to point to MyEclipse again. Once done, restart and it should be fine.

Removing the configuration directory did it, Scott. Didn’t even have to mess with adding an extension
    location. Thanks for the help.

    Ralph,

Glad to hear it. That configuration cache is the bane of Eclipse, IMO. Good to hear you’re up and running. Enjoy.
