Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Please answer below queries –
1. Is this invite generated from Pulse or MyEclipseForSpring?
2. Did the owner face any issue at the time of sharing the profile? Is he behind firewall / proxy?
3. If yes, please attach the .log file located at [workspace dir]/.metadata/.log here
Alternately, you could do the following –
2. Install pulse. If not already installed, download the same from here – http://www.poweredbypulse.com. Next login to pulse using the emailId used for the invite.
3. Once you are logged in to pulse, click My Account > Notifications. This should list a notification that a profile is shared with you. Click the notification and click on [Add to My Profiles].
4. This adds the profile to your My Profiles list. Click on the same. On the right hand panel, it will list [Install now] under *Install This Profile*.
5. Click on [Install now] and follow the wizard till completion.
