Problem when trying to install MyEclipse with Pulse

    We are attempting to use Pulse to deploy MyEclipse with a base configuration to our Java team. Currently, the only way it will work is if the Invited party has MyEclipse installed and uses the join feature of the Collaboration page.

    We would prefer the developer registers into Pulse and uses the install feature of this product.
    When we attempt to use this method MyEclipse installs but when we go to the Collaboration page and try and apply the updates we get the message “Fatal error processing Updating Workspace” See attachements.
    Any ideas?

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you provide below information –
    1. Open MyEclipse Blue IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details > [copy to clipboard] and paste the same here
    2. Clear your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and attach file here
    3. Can you open with a different workspace, does that fix the issue?
