I requested an extension for previewing MyEclipse for Spring (MacOS ). When I applied the key provided, Activation failed the first time. I waited and entered my license information and it was accepted.

In the IDE, the Subscription Information Dialog shows the Subscriber I entered, the Subscription code hashed out, and the correct subscription detail.
the dialog also shows Activation Status: Product Activated.

However, when I am attempting to navigate in the IDE I am getting a Popup DIalog box:Subscription Key Information that is claiming I have an INVALID USER SUBSCRIPTION.
and gives me options to enter subscription, close, or purchase subscription.

How do I back this subscription code out and start fresh?

    jeffkimble,

We have seen a number of problems with activation on the MAC OS X 1.5 release due to an issue with the way it handles 64-bit applications. Please check this FAQ for more information : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/activation-activating-your-installation/

If you are on a later release of MAC OS X, Please re-install MyEclipse and apply the key and check if you can still replicate the issue.

    sorry for the inconvenience caused.
