Hi,

same problem here: unable to install mylyn (mylyn-3.3.0-e3.4.zip) in MyEclipse 8.0.0 (myeclipse-8.0.0-win32.exe).

I am not able to use pulse, as of security reasons I am not allowed to connect to the internet. The only way is to download files on a terminal server and copy them to a network resource accessible from my computer.

Any suggestions?

The base eclipse version of MyEclipse 8.0 is Eclipse 3.5. I believe the plugin you are trying to install is compatible with Eclipse 3.4 and Eclipse 3.3. Could you please confirm that the plugin is compatible with Eclipse 3.5.
